MICROSOFT, AT&T DON'T LIKE DOUBLECLICK BUY

Microsoft Corp. and AT&T Inc. urged regulators to review GoogleInc.'s $3.1 billion purchase of DoubleClick Inc., saying theacquisition gives the company too much control in the Internetadvertising market. It should be "stringently" reviewed by antitrustauthorities because Google is positioning itself as the sole brokerof online ads, AT&T said.
